Everything was exceptional! I never write reviews but I have to share what a fabulous experience we had. I worked in the hotel industry for 12 years and this hotel is so well cared for and clean that we thought it was a BRAND new hotel. When designing the rooms, they thought of everything, from chargers and sockets by the beds to a few perfectly placed hooks for towels in the bathroom and a huge full length mirror on the door. Everyone working there was extremely helpful and kind, even offering us apple cider and freshly baked cookies upon arrival. All decorated for the holidays in beautiful colors, with the ambiance of a gas fireplace, we felt so welcome and we loved the sitting area. Breakfast was perfect. Location is ideal, just off the highway but tucked just far enough back that it’s peacefully quiet. We will be sharing this “find” with family and friends and will definitely return!

Gentleman staff at the front desk for check-in was lovely. Very helpful, explained the in n outs of the inn. My room was upgraded complimentary because the hotel wasn't all booked up. The room was clean, and it was easy to control the heat and turn it off for the night to avoid the noise of it going on n off. It was a bit chilly in the morning but easy enough to turn the heat on. I was looking forward to using the pool and did for about an hour. There were some sweet young girls playing with each other in the po. Then the 2 fathers of the girls started talking not at all quietly, and the echoing was not at all pleasant. One of the fathers left after a while and then the other. I thankfully had some quiet pool time, which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was good, lots of selections.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I definitely want to recognize one staff member by name. Jimmy was exceptional and made the stay that much better. He possesses an amazing personality and desire to make your stay all It can be. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Also I took note of the gym they have on the premises. It’s just big enough and all the equipment looked to be in very good shape. Definitely something for anyone looking to exercise and this was also kept amazingly clean. Again, Jimmy is an asset to the profession and hotel. I will always stay there because of the above mentioned and the staff. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed for a girls weekend for my nieces 5th birthday! We told the staff (Jimmy) what we were there for and he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! He decorated the seating area for her, he even went as far as bringing his own stuff from home to decorate for us (it was frozen themed) so he had some Christmas decorations at home that he brought in making it extra special! We had such an amazing experience! We are definitely going to plan more stays there! Thanks again, Jimmy! You are phenomenal!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating when our first room was not clean. Staff provided another room and all clean linens. They made the bed in front of us and checked the whole room to make sure it was spotless. Excellent breakfast. Sunday morning, fresh baked apple cinnamon scones were offered to all guests in the dining area. The operations manager cares about her guests and makes sure they feel welcomed.
